Personal Bio
Carrie Clyde is the Learning and Development Administrator in the Office of Human Resources at Youngstown State University. She has also previously served in the role of Wellness Coordinator since August 2009 and initiated the first employee worksite wellness program at YSU. She is currently responsible for implementing and managing all aspects of the wellness program for YSU’s 1,000 full time benefit eligible employees and providing training and professional development opportunities.
She received her Undergraduate degree from Bowling Green State University’s College of Education and Human Development with a specialty in Health Promotion in 1997. She received a Master of Business Administration in Leadership from Youngstown State University in 2022. She also holds certification status with the National Commission for Health Education Credentialing as a Certified Health Education Specialist and with WELCOA as a Certified Wellness Council of America Faculty.
