Troy is from Cincinnati, Ohio, and was a 1994 graduate of Moeller High School.  Troy’s accomplishments include 1st Team-All-GCL, City, Southwest District, and 3rd team All-State 1993; Attended L.A. Valley Community College (played in the league that produced Chad Johnson, Keyshawn Johnson, and Steve Smith) 1995; 1st Team Juco All-American 1996; Starting linebacker at Youngstown State University 1996-1997; Member of National Championship team (played for and coached with Jim Tressel at Youngstown State University 1997; Inducted into the L.A. Valley Hall of Fame 2009). Troy has a degree in communications and is currently employed by NXStage Medical as a National Sales Director. Throughout 16 years of healthcare sales experience; Troy is a two-time rising star recipient, achieved plan 8 out of 11 eligible years, and a five-time presidents club winner. Troy has taken his athletic + professional accomplishments to develop a multi-level program to mentor + coach future leaders on the most important game…The Game of Life.
